"Root Shoot Strawberry Brunch" - A breakfast cocktail with Root Shoot Single Malt Whiskey

"Root Shoot Strawberry Brunch" Cocktail Recipe:

  • Root Shoot Single Malt Whiskey - 1.5 oz

  • 2 fresh strawberries

  • .75 oz agave syrup (or local honey)

  • .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt

  • Angostura bitters


Directions:

Add ingredients into a shaker: 2 strawberries and .75 oz agave syrup (or local honey) and muddle. Add .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt, and 5 drops of your favorite bitters.

Add 1.5 oz of Root Shoot American Single Malt Whiskey. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with a strawberry.
